It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I begin my second year serving the students, staff, and families of Allenwood Elementary School as principal. I look forward to collaborating with each of you as we work together to highlight the strengths and achievements of our students.

With 11 years of experience as a classroom teacher and 12 years in educational leadership, I bring a strong foundation in early childhood and elementary education. My goal is to ensure that every day at Allenwood is meaningful and impactful for our students and the greater school community. Research consistently shows that students thrive when there is a strong partnership between home and school. To that end, my door is always open to parents and guardians. Whether you have questions, concerns, or need support, please do not hesitate to reach out. Our dedicated staff is equally committed to working alongside all stakeholders to support student success. It is important to know that your involvement makes a difference.

At Allenwood, we are committed to fostering academic, social, and emotional excellence. Achieving this requires a shared responsibility among staff, students, families, and community members. We must work together to build a strong educational foundation that empowers our students to become lifelong learners. I encourage all families to support daily homework completion and ensure that students come to school prepared and ready to learn.

Finally, I urge all members of our school community to speak words of encouragement to our students each day. Positive affirmations and consistent support help our students understand their value and believe in their ability to achieve great things.
